FAQ
A: This is a competition across all of our members at Iron Culture, both in Cedar Knolls and North Bergen. There will be a winner of both the men's and women's divisions. Each winner will receive $1000.
A: Inbody scans will give us weight loss, percentage body fat, and percentage of muscle mass. From this we will determine 2-4 semifinalist for both men and women who will then be selected by our community on Instagram.
A: The chance to change your body and will $1000! You will also receive a total of 4 InBody scans. The first is one when the challenge begins, and then there will be check-ins at day 30,60, and at the end at day 90. In addition you will also get the ability to talk with a trainer and strategize your game plan going forward.
