By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to website access and content only and do not govern purchases, memberships, or in-gym services. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
The Site is intended for users age 13 and older. If account features are offered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3) Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, crawl, or index the Site without our permission;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site;
- use bots or automated methods to access the Site or collect data from it; or
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
4) Health & Fitness Disclaimer (Content Only)
Any fitness, health, or wellness information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Exercise involves risks; consult a qualified professional before starting any program. Stop exercising and seek appropriate guidance if you feel unwell.
5) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, images, videos, logos, and designs) is owned by or licensed to Iron Culture Gym and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as allowed in Section 3, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6) User Content & Feedback
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us, or tag us on social media, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and share that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You represent that you own (or have the necessary rights to) the content and that it does not violate others’ rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
7) Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access them at your own risk.
8) Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it, including cookies and similar technologies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, USA.
14) Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

Message Types: Iron Culture Gym may send conversational SMS messages to help customers with inquiries, schedule tours, and provide information about gym services, memberships, and availability.
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number on our contact form (or otherwise providing it to us), you agree to receive SMS messages from Iron Culture Gym.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message. To opt back in, reply START.
